• Design Inspiration: We'll inquire about any design inspirations you might have in mind, so we can incorporate them.​

Concept Development

• Mood Board Creation: Our team will craft a digital mood board or concept presentation to visually communicate design ideas. We initiate this creative process by using Pinterest as a collaborative platform for design inspiration.
• Client Feedback: We'll share the mood board with you and facilitate feedback through video calls or email correspondence. Your input is invaluable in shaping the project's direction.

Proposal and Agreement

• Based on the client's needs and preferences, the designer creates a detailed proposal outlining the scope of work, design concepts, and estimated costs. An agreement is prepared and sent to the client for review and approval.

Cost of Services

• The agreement includes the cost of the designer's services, the time required for purchasing items, and the full installation. A 50% deposit is required to secure the designer's services and schedule the installation.

Purchasing Process

• The designer collaborates with the client to establish an initial budget for the project. The client provides payment details to facilitate the purchase of items needed for the holiday decor, and the designer agrees to stay within the agreed-upon budget.
• With the agreed-upon budget and source of payment, the designer begins the purchasing process, sourcing and acquiring all necessary items for the holiday decor. Detailed records, including receipts, are kept to ensure transparency and accountability.

​Scheduling Installation

• Once the items are secured and the design plan is finalized, the designer collaborates with the client to schedule the installation date. The date is set based on mutual availability and the client's preferences.

​Installation Day

• On the scheduled day, the design team arrives at the client's home to complete the full holiday decoration installation. The team ensures attention to detail and follows the design plan established with the client.

Final Walkthrough and Payment​

• After the installation is complete, the designer conducts a final walkthrough with the client to ensure their satisfaction. Any necessary adjustments are made, and the client has the opportunity to provide feedback.
• The final payment, covering the remaining 50% of the agreed-upon cost, is due on the day of the installation. This completes the transaction and finalizes the client-designer relationship for the holiday decorating services.
