Residential Design Packages
Tailored for residential projects by space and size, Koos Design can handle every aspect of the project from start to finish. With experience, we take the project through all the stages from concept development, specifications, layout, and installation. Before the design process starts, Koos Design will schedule a site documentation meeting which includes photos and measurements of your existing or new space as well as take an inventory of existing fixtures, furniture or equipment to be reused. During the design process you will review design concept options, upon approval and after any necessary revisions, receive a comprehensive item list of all selections.

If you don't have a contractor, Koos Design will find a reliable contractor to work with! We will not only provide design drawings, plans, elevations, or sketches when needed but act as liaison with the contractor during installation when necessary. |
